Congratulations to all FACE’s GCSE students, who should be very proud of their achievements after all of their hard work and weeks of revision. All of the staff here at FACE are very proud of your achievements, they are well deserved.
100% of FACE learners achieved GCSE Maths and English, with 80% at Grade 4 or above. These results are a true reflection of the hard work, dedication and motivation of both the learners and their tutors.
There are many benefits to achieving good grades in GCSEs. They are a gateway to further learning and can help you to achieve your ambitions.
Katie Dore, a GCSE English learner, achieved a Grade 5 and said today ‘after gaining my Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification with Knowsley FACE I realised that I would like to teach but needed my GCSEs. FACE gave me confidence to do GCSE English, and I am so pleased with the outcome. I am enrolled and working towards Level 2 Functional Skills Maths with FACE. I am excited for the future and will continue my studies to become a Further Education Teacher‘
